The subject of this thesis is the development of a project documentation of a mixed-use building situated in Kroměříž. The building has four above-ground floors and a basement. In the basement there are cellars, a workshop, a warehouse, a technical room and an underground garage. On the first floor there are shops, café with the capacity of twenty people and a pharmacy. There are also two handicap accessible apartments. The second to fourth floors are made out of residential units of which there are eight. The roof structure is designed as a warm flat green roof or terrace. The external and internal vertical structures are made out of Heluz ceramic pieces. Horizontal structures are made out of reinforced concrete.

Civil elite, local autorities and culture of the town of Telč

This dissertation is dealing with the town of Telč and its way of living in the first half of the 20th century. The research is focused on the thorough analysis of local authorities from the social and occupational point of view, territorial origin and location of residence its various fellows. The main purpose of this is to idicate the changes which coincided with the influence of nationwide political, social and economic changes. The illustration of six Telč´s families with various professions charts their share which affected the social, cultural and public life of the town. The aim is to get an integral view of this period, therefore the grammar school staff have been included, because of their participatory role in local authorities and social life as well. Municipal and school celebrations have been included to illustrate the cultural backround of provincial town in the first half of the 20th century.
Club´s life in Telč 1918-1938
SOCHOROVÁ, Šárka
This thesis for a bachelor´s degree is dealing with various clubs and associations in Telč between 1918 and 1938. The research is focused on The Club of Czechoslovak Tourists in Telč and The Museum Association Telč which are both related to the personality of their chairman PhMr. Karel Paclík senior. The analysis of membership wants to highlight the role of local elite, other local men and women who participated in those clubs and associations and in the town public life as well. Last chapter is focused on the life of provincial town during three festivities and refers to a positive contribution of those clubs and associations to the preparation and realization of those events.
